H. Chase Harbin
Chase was born and raised in Florence, South Carolina. The son of Ken Harbin, a real estate agent in Surfside Beach, SC, and Rosemary Petreccia, a teacher of over 20 years, he went on from the College of Charleston, to attend Law School at the University of South Carolina.
Chase began his career as a prosecutor for the Thirteenth Circuit Solicitor's Office, first in Pickens County, then later in Greenville County. Since 2003 Chase has been serving clients around the state accused of crimes by municipal, county, statewide, and federal law enforcement agencies.
Chase's former clients have ranged from those accused of participating in Federal Drug Conspiracies, Multiple Murders and Drug Trafficking, Statewide Grand Jury Indictments, and of course local agencies such as the Sheriffs' offices.
Supporting Chase in the office is his experienced office manager/paralegal, and wife, Amanda Williams Harbin. Amanda began her legal experience by working in the Tenth Circuit Public Defender's office as an investigator. While at the PD's office, she helped numerous attorneys in trial preparation and and in court for a wide range of offenses, from murder, to drug distribution, to lynching. She has the knowledge, experience and ability to guarantee clients get the highest level of service.
